Every interaction is recorded in an internal log, with date and time for all events, from network changes to password usage.

The solution supports multi-user access and the management of multiple units, making it ideal for families, condominiums, or users who have more than one address.

Security and connected maintenance

Communication is carried out securely via API, with no permanently open ports, reducing vulnerabilities. In addition, the box’s firmware can be updated remotely, allowing continuous improvements and support without the need for physical intervention.

In response to this scenario, SPO Tecnologia developed, in partnership with a national electrical solutions brand, an Intelligent Mailbox designed to modernize the delivery and package-receiving process.

SPO was responsible for developing both the hardware and software of the solution, combining embedded technology, Wi-Fi connectivity, and remote server integration—everything engineered to provide a secure, intuitive, and fully digital experience.
