SPO Tecnologia, a company within the integrated intelligence ecosystem ATLANTAR specialized in the development of Artificial Intelligence agents, has been selected among the 30 highest-impact businesses in Rio Grande do Sul to join the Impacta RS program.
The initiative brings together companies developing concrete solutions for the reconstruction, regeneration, and sustainable development of the state, promoting a training journey focused on management, governance, access to capital, and strengthening impact-driven strategies.
Starting in June, the selected businesses will begin a six-month program featuring mentorships, online training, and connections with real funding opportunities, preparing companies to structure projects aligned with different fundraising mechanisms.
According to Júlio Feiden, CRO of SPO Tecnologia, the selection represents recognition of Artificial Intelligence’s potential as a tool for economic and social transformation.
“We believe AI must be connected to the reality of organizations and people. Being among the businesses selected by Impacta RS reinforces that technology, social impact, and sustainable development can move forward together strategically,” he states.
The program was created as a multi-sector initiative aimed at strengthening innovative businesses with the potential for positive socio-environmental impact, supporting initiatives capable of contributing to the economic and sustainable future of Rio Grande do Sul.
Throughout the journey, participating startups will receive support to improve strategic management, structure financial projections, organize socio-environmental impact indicators, review governance processes, and develop innovation and impact narratives for qualified access to capital.
In addition, businesses will deepen their understanding of financial instruments such as credit, investments, grants, and innovation-focused funding lines. At the end of the program, each company must present a structured fundraising project aligned with its growth strategy.
For Odair Pianta, CEO of SPO Tecnologia, the program strengthens the company’s vision of building sustainable solutions with long-term impact.
“Rio Grande do Sul is experiencing a moment of reconstruction and transformation. Being part of Impacta RS means actively contributing to a more resilient future, using Artificial Intelligence to generate efficiency, development, and positive impact for businesses and society,” he emphasizes.
